FAQ
-
Are you accepting new clients?
While my in-person availability is limited, I may be able to accommodate you, depending on your availability. I also have telehealth sessions available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
-
Do you accept insurance?
I am not in -network with any insurance providers, however, I do provide superbills for reimbursement with Premera, Regence, and Cigna. On average, I’m seeing clients receiving up to about $100 per session in reimbursement.
-
What are your fees?
My individual rate is on average $150 and my joint (couples/relationship) session is on average $170, however my rates slide down slightly on occasion. While my low-fee rate spots are currently full, I am able to slide a little bit on my full-rate fees.

How do I know if therapy is for me?
While I strongly believe therapy can help most people, therapy isn’t for everyone. There’s a certain level of readiness for self-facing, self-confronting, and a hunger and desire for change and growth that is required for therapy to be successful, however, at it’s foundation the experience of being in a safe, contained, and consistent therapeutic container is something everyone deserves to experience at least once.

How would I know which therapist to choose?
Finding the right therapist is the most important factor in beginning therapy. Please do yourself the greatest service by seeking out a therapist you like, fit well with, have a good rapport with and feels they really understand you. Think of it like dating or connecting with new friends. You want it to feel right. You are welcome to determine fitness on our first session or request a consultation before scheduling.

What's the best way to get started?
I suggest by either booking a session with the link above or filling out the contact form if you have other questions. I can’t guarauntee I will be able to answer anything further without meeting for a session, but the contact form is open if you have other concerns.
